How I am Losing Belly Fat

My favorite belly fat diet loss tip is a simple one. First, you must burn more calories than you eat. This means keeping track of what you take in. The other part of the equation is exercise. A good mix of weight training and cardio will also help reduce your waistline.



I have lost 53 pounds recently and did it by using regular foods in the grocery store. I have cut down on fats and sugars and increased my vegetables and fruits. I eat 6 to 8 ounces of protein. I drink lots of water. I feel great and if I can lose weight anyone can.



By drinking a lot of water and by watching your diet, you can lose weight in your stomach area. Also 10 to 15 tummy crunches daily will help to tone those belly muscles. Taking walks and just being active and on the go will help reduce the belly fat if you are just starting out.
